nextly, the accountant called and we are getting enough back that i can trade in my wheel for the beloved lendrum. so excited. woot woot! lendrum in the hizzy.

i got a new light for the studio, as my crappy gooseneck clip on light was already broken and then the neck wouldn't stay put, so i got a standing one, and i am psyched! i am thinking of getting a broad spectrum light that gives you light that is closer to daylight and shows color more accurately, and again, if anyone uses one for crafty or arty stuff, let me know what you think of it.

we had supper at the in-laws, which was really good, and we got to visit annie, their new golden retriever that is a really sweet dog. a bit hyper still but she is only 2. i took photos, which i will post, but for such a gorgeous dog, she is not very photogenic. she just won't sit still or look at the camera and doesn't show up looking so cute as she is. we had a nice time. i got a headache, which i still have. i am a bit worried that it is going to get worse tonite.

i am planning some new things for the store, and will be adding new items tonite and to-morrow. i will email everyone on the list, but feel free to email me or leave a comment if you would like to be added to the luxe update list. ok? this yarn is one of those that will be listed. a 2 ply, you ask? yup. a two ply.

that is all. smoochies y'all.

n.

A standard two ply---hmmmm. Not your usual way of things. Interesting and lovely, of course. Congrats on the Lendrum! Can't wait to see what you can do with it.

How did you do at the show last weekend, btw? Inquiring minds want to know...

smoochies right back atcha!

Oooh, I COVET your yarns, and am totally enamored of your blog! Please add me to the luxe mailing list, talamorgan@erols.com.

Thanks so much! I aspire to someday spin yarns as beee-yoooo-teee-fulllll as yours! It's hard on spindles though! :)

i would love to add you guys! awww....and tala, yours are gorgeous! i am unable to spin thin stuff. i would make 50 yards and get bored. and it would be lumpy. and break i bet. you would be dangerous with a wheel...mine is for sale....hint hint!

You're so sweet to compliment my yarns! I think they're so boring compared to yours! And I know your wheel's for sale....I'm SO tempted, but I just don't have the money saved up yet. Heck, I'm excited I've finally sold some yarns! I have a way to go before I can get a wheel, I guess...like I said, hopefully MDSW. I wish we could meet and spin together, that would be SO cool! Keep up the good work...someday I'm going to treat myself to a skein of your gorgeous yarn!
